You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

To start a return, please contact us at support@moravra.com.
Weโ€™ll provide you with the return address and instructions.
Please do not send your order back to the manufacturer directly.


๐Ÿ’ฐ Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, weโ€™ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days.


๐Ÿšš Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, send us an email at support@moravra.com with your order details and a photo of the issue.


โŒ Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale or clearance items

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
If the return is approved due to our error, we will cover all shipping costs.
